Julio Cesar Chavez Inducted Into The Hall Of Fame.
107 wins in 115 fights, 87 straight wins to start his career, and 86 knockouts. Those are numbers that you don't see in modern boxing history.
Chavez produced those numbers over a 25 year boxing career and become arguably the greatest Mexican fighter in Mexico's rich fighting history.
He owns wins over Edwin Rosario, Greg Haugen, Hector Camacho, Meldrick Taylor, Roger Mayweather and Juan Laporte. Not all were controversy free, but they were wins none the less.
He is still close to boxing as he works as a color commentator for Mexican television.
Why he was inducted: Another no-brainer. He might be the best Mexican fighter ever and was a six time titlist in three separate weight divisions and beat some great fighters.
